GENESIS is a brand new church in Woburn as of Fall 2009. The purpose of GENESIS, why we exist as a community is simply to love God and love people. In order to make this purpose a reality, we have three key words that help put our purpose into action – BEGIN. BELONG. BELIEVE. These three words sum up our mission. No matter where people are in relation to God, we want to help people BEGIN a relationship with God through Jesus Christ or equip people in a relationship they may have already started. BELONG speaks to being part of a healthy, meaningful, biblical community where we can be on mission together. BELIEVE speaks not only to what we believe, but that our belief in the Gospel of Jesus Christ is making a profound difference in how we relate to God, ourselves and to the world around us.
